Curriculum Vitae2026

Aidan Connaughton

Computer science grad out of Roger Williams University - magna cum laude, with a cybersecurity habit and a small collection of minors. I build things, then try to break them before anyone else can. At Amplix, I keep CRM integrations honest. I also built TradeBind, a hiring platform for union workers, as a research and senior capstone project. The project wrapped when I graduated, and the platform remains live. Looking for my first full-time software development role.

Things I've built (some still running)

TradeBind

2024 - 2026 · live

Union hiring halls still track placements on paper index cards. TradeBind replaces them with a hiring platform for contractors, union admins, and workers. Built from a 2024 research fellowship through my senior capstone, the project wrapped when I graduated in 2026. The platform remains live, and there is always room to improve or add features.

The rest is pulled live from GitHub. A couple of entries have a [start server] button - that's not a mockup, it boots the real thing on my VPS.

Operations Intern · Amplix

  • Design and run an integration that keeps two CRM platforms in sync - field mappings, sync rules, and validation steps included.
  • Test APIs in Postman and verify response schemas so the mappings stay safe and the error handling stays honest.
  • Audit CRM records for hygiene: find the stray documents, attach them to the right accounts and opportunities.
  • Watch integration outcomes for anomalies, then triage and fix before bad data spreads.
